Position: Design & Costing Engineers : Job description: We need an engineer who can design, develop and test electrical devices and equipment, including communication systems, power generators, motors and navigation system and electrical systems for various industries, overseeing the manufacturing of above industries would be an added advantage. We are hiring an electrical engineer to design and implement complex industrial, commercial, and domestic electrical systems.

Job description :

Performing a wide range of engineering tasks by operating computer-assisted design or engineering software and equipment.

Conferring with customers, engineers, and others to discuss existing or potential engineering products or projects.

Writing reports and compiling data regarding existing and potential electrical engineering projects and studies.

Preparing specifications for purchases of electrical equipment and materials.

Supervising or training project team members.

Estimating material, labor, or construction costs for budget preparation.

Working with a variety of technicians.

Responsibilities

• Designing, maintaining, implementing, or improving electrical instruments, facilities, components, equipment products, or systems for industrial, commercial, or domestic purposes.
• Performing a wide range of engineering tasks by operating computer-assisted design or engineering software and equipment.
• Conferring with customers, engineers, and others to discuss existing or potential engineering products or projects.
• Ensuring that installation and operations conform to standards and customer requirements by preparing electrical systems specifications, technical drawings, or topographical maps.
• Establishing construction, manufacturing, or installation standards or specifications by performing a wide range of detailed calculations.
• Ensuring compliance with specifications, codes, or customer requirements by directing or coordinating installation, manufacturing, construction, maintenance, documentation, support, or testing activities.
• Writing reports and compiling data regarding existing and potential electrical engineering projects and studies.
• Preparing specifications for purchases of electrical equipment and materials.

Electrical Engineer Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering degree from an accredited school.
• Licensed as a professional engineer.
• Experience in using or a desire to learn the required software.
• Knowledge of applicable codes related to electronic engineering.
• Proficient in design and calculation software.

Requirements :

• Proficient in CAD for designing purpose
• Ability to prepare Quotations and submit Tenders
• Good communication skills, should be able to interact with customers and able to prepare Quotations and drawings as per their requirement
• Through knowledge on all electrical Switch Gears, applications and Panels

Qualification :

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering domain
• Minimum 0-3 years of experience in Panel manufacturing company
• Proficient with CAD, MS-Office applications
• Attention to details, meeting client targets and multi-tasking

• Support sales executives with solution selling into prospect account base
• Partner with sales executives to plan, prepare and execute on strategic deals in complex sales cycles
• Model the financial business case associated with each sales opportunity
• Successfully match customer pain/requirements to proposed solutions
• Create and deliver powerful presentations and demos that clearly communicate the uniqueness of the value proposition
• Manage all technical aspects of RFP / RFI responses
• Effectively communicate client needs to the R&D teams for future product enhancements
